The Master’s Seminars 2017

The 2017 Master’s Seminars will focus on the rôle of good governance in the pursuit of excellence and will be centred on the education sectors, but apply equally to other institutions, such as charities and business

The Seminars are open to members of the Livery Company, their guests and members of the public. They take place at Coventry University London Campus, 109 - 117 Middlesex Street, London EC1 7JF (Nearest Station: Liverpool Street)

All seminars start with a drinks reception at 6pm, followed by the seminar at 6.30pm, and end at 7.45pm

Please reserve a place in advance by emailing barbara.anderson@blueyonder.co.uk. Cost £10, payable on the evening.

After the seminars, a group usually meets for a drink or supper at a local bar, The Astronomer. All are invited to join.

Clare Collins, National Governors' Association Head of Consultancy, will lead a session on the challenges of governance as the education landscape evolves to include both individual schools and multi academy trusts.

University Governance: Issues facing governors in the increasingly demanding environment of 21st century universities.
